BAL Micromax Gout-Effect Sealant is a unique high performance silicone sealant that can be used on the walls and floor, as well as being suitable to use indoors and outdoors. Offering excellent adhesion and suitable for most surface types. The BAL grout-effect silicone technology provides a textured, matt-finish for sealing both perimeter and movement joints.
This waterproof and weatherproof bathroom sealant contains Microban antimicrobial protection for added hygiene and protection against bacteria and black mould. This anti-mould silicone offers 8.8m² coverage with a bead size of 6x6mm and cures in just 24 hours (per 3mm thickness).
