Bostik Flashband with Primer is a self-adhesive flashing tape that bonds instantly to a wide range of building materials providing a permanent, watertight seal in all climates. Supplied with a primer for improved adhesion on porous or rough surfaces, the flexible bitumen flashing tape is compatible with brick, masonry, slates, concrete roof tiles, wood, metal, concrete, terracotta tiles, glass, roofing felt and rigid plastics.

The Bostik Flashband tape can be applied with hand pressure and a seam roller, eliminating the need for special equipment for cutting, forming or fixing. The durable 75mm flashing tape is tear and impact resistant thanks to its four layers of protection. Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures between -10°C and 100 °C, it is ideal for new build, maintenance and repair projects. The waterproof flashing tape is particularly effective in repairing lead flashing, sealing valley gutters, mending leaks in drain pipes and guttering, greenhouse repairs, protecting glazing bars, protecting insultation for pipes and tanks and repairing roofing felt joints on flat roofs.
