UltraTile ProPave Grout is a high specification, decorative, brush-in external tile jointing solution, suitable for use with granite, porcelain and other premium quality natural stone.

The Grout is the third stage of the ProPave External Tiling System, applied after the first stage of ProPave Mortar and second stage of ProPave Slurry Primer.

How to use
Firstly prepare your sub-base of 30 - 100mm of type 1 hardcore / compact stone. Follow with a bed of ProPave Mortar Fibre Modified Cement Binder. Next using the ProPave Slurry Primer lay your tiles ensuring wet on wet contact.

Once the tiles have been laid gently pre-wet the surface, this will prevent the jointing from staining the tiles.

Pour the jointing sand on the tiling and brush into the joints ensuring they are filled to capacity. Top up any joints that need to be filled and wash off excess material.

In good drying conditions the grout takes approximately 24 - 48 hours to firm.
